Alphaphoenix and Amsonic Hamo team-up

On 1st of Mai Amsonic Hamo has taken over the activities of Alphaphoenix. Both organizations operate now in the combined entity Amsonic Hamo GmbH with the facilities in Hohenlinden and Mühldorf (both close to Munich).

The experienced and competent Alphaphoenix team will join the existing Amsonic Hamo organization. Open projects and the entire installed base can be finished and maintained by the new organization.

The competence and manufacturing facility in Germany will be turned into an important element of the Amsonic Hamo Group and allows manufacturing close to the customer base.
